Temple Open House - JULY 22 at 10:00

Thanks to Brenda, we have tickets for as many as want to go to the Oquirrah Mt. Temple Open House. Let's do lunch afterwards!

We were glad to have everyone get together for Father's Day. Hope you all had fun.

David is in Lyman helping the Clarks with their move. He plans to be at the Crookston Reunion on Saturday. He took a long dirt road from the Uintah's to Lyman. He planned 2 hours for the dirt road but like most dirt roads it took twice as long. He couldn't have gotten through without 4 wheel drive as there were still some muddy places.

Wednesday, David and Louona took Alice and family to the temple open house.

See you at the Taylor Reunion in Ogden on the 2nd Saturday in July! Love Ya!

FAMILY UPDATE: What's Going on?

I know Brenda, Norm and Breanna are in Disneyland.

Anna and James are starting 3 weeks of swimming today.

James and Michelle, did you make it out camping? It's been too cold and wet to go camping here.

Glen's family is still in school.

Shelby will be going to Girl's Camp June 17-19. She will have to take time off school.

We have our retirement trailer parked in the driveway now. We don't have a lot of clearance so it was a real trick to get it in straight and next to the fence. But Dad did it! He's really excellent at backing up a trailer! Four extra feet would really help a lot! Can't wait to take it out on it's maiden voyage. Jeannette helped us shop for dishes and cleaning supplies. So, all we just need to add is food and head out. If it stays this cold, we will probably go south when I get off after July 2.

Please plan on a barbeque on Father's Day here on June 21 about 5:30 pm.. Let us know what you would like to bring.

Don't forget the Crookston Reunion in Logan at Adams Park on June 27 (500 E. and 500 N.)

Taylor Reunion (as always 2nd Sat. in July) July 11 and 12 this year. We will take the trailer so if the kids need a nap or want to sleep over they can.

Harline Reunion at our Stake Center on Sat. Aug. 1. Come early if you can help set up at 11:00.

We'd also like to do something as an extended family. Got any ideas???????

All my life, that I remember, I have been in school and I have finally got out. The faculty said they found the first book I ordered for Olympus Jr. It was a big flat rock with a plaque on it. People have been supportive and encouraging. They say "there is life after work," "retirement is so busy they wonder when they had time to work," and "the problem with retirement is you can never take a day off." Well, with trepidation, life goes on.
